Part-Time TeleSales Executive:

Role Statement:

TeleSales Executive - is responsible for selling to new and existing clients and provides good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively seek out new clients and generate interest in   agency's services.
- Arrange and fix up appointments for corporate sales   executives primarily through telephone.
- Send product information to potential clients via emails,   and follow-up on email enquiries.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Min O levels or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
- A proven track record in telesales, telemarketing or cold   calling.
- Excellent telecommunication skills and phone etiquette   skills.
- Aggressive and self-motivated in achieving assigned   targets.
- Solid commitment to customer service with good   interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
- Knowledge in Online Marketing industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word   processing (MS Word).
- Candidate who excels in role will be given opportunity for   promotion to Corporate Sales Executive.
- Meticulous and possess great organizational skills.
- Applicants should be Singaporean, Singapore PR or hold   relevant residence status.
